Keith Daniels pleaded guilty to attempted first degree theft committed on Colville tribal land. A Canadian citizen and Indian claiming affiliation with a federally recognized Indian tribe, he argues on appeal that the Okanogan County trial court erred by denying his motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction.
