Tracy Welsh, Wayne Sheffield, and Keith and Betty Welsh appeal an order granting summary judgment to Rural Mutual Insurance Company. The order declared that insurance policies which Rural had issued to Keith and Betty do not provide liability coverage for their alleged negligence leading to the death of Skylar Sheffield, Tracy's and Wayne's son.
