Defendants Chase Manhattan Bank, NA1 and Chase Manhattan Corporation [collectively "Chase" or "defendants"] have moved for summary judgment. Terance Rajbahadoorsingh ["Rajbahadoorsingh" or "plaintiff"] opposes this motion. For the reasons set forth below, the Court will grant Chase's motion.
