[¶ 1] These consolidated cases concern a dispute arising out of a subcontractor agreement. In case No. 00-106, the subcontractor, Scherer Construction, LLC, (Scherer) appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment on its claim for breach of contract including the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing by the main contractor, Hedquist Construction, Inc. (Hedquist), in soliciting and obtaining a change order from the City of Casper...
