¶ 1 Oklahoma Bar Association brought Rule 6 disciplinary proceedings against Respondent, Michael Duane Dershem, Sr., alleging two counts of professional misconduct, stemming from his failure to comply with the terms of a previous 90 day suspension and neglect of a client in his charge.
