These appeals involve suits consolidated for trial against Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company (3M), as manufacturer of silicon breast implants. The jury found 3M not liable. Appellants, Dorothy Fletcher, Susan Griffith, and Kerri Bonnette, claim the trial court impliedly directed a verdict against 3M and challenge that ruling.
