MEMORANDUM OPINION

I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiffs Brosnahan Builders, Inc., Kevin Brosnahan and Linda Brosnahan filed this action on March 24, 2000 seeking a declaratory judgment that their general liability insurer, defendant Harleysville Mutual Insurance Company, must defend them in an underlying lawsuit, Pinkert v. John H. Olivieri, P.A., No. 99-380-SLR, filed in this court on June 16, 1999.
