PER CURIAM.

The trial court signed a final judgment in the underlying case on July 1, 1999. Appellants filed a notice of appeal on November 3, 1999. We dismissed the appeal for want of jurisdiction because the notice of appeal was untimely. See Lott v. Williams, No. 2-99-355-CV (Tex.App.-Fort Worth June 22, 2000, no pet.)
