A jury convicted appellant, Eliseo Enriquez, of intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault. The jury assessed punishment at seventeen and eight years in prison to run concurrently. By two points of error appellant complains of the admission of evidence of his prior drug-related convictions and of his refusal to take a blood test.
