[¶ 1] Appellant Richard Bruns applied for worker's compensation benefits alleging he suffered a heart attack caused by his work as a middle porter at Mammoth Hot Springs in Yellowstone National Park.1 The Division of Workers' Safety and Compensation (division) denied the claim.
