ELLIOTT, J.:

This case revolves around the sale of a defective planter. Plaintiffs allege numerous violations of the Kansas Consumer Protection Act (KCPA), K.S.A. 50-623 et seq., and of the Uniform Commercial Code, Article 2—Sales, K.S.A. 84-2-101 et seq. The trial court granted defendants summary judgment on all counts. Only plaintiffs Tim Beim and Interior Farms, L.L.C., appeal.
