Charles Wilson appeals the district court's denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus, filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Wilson was convicted of first-degree murder and three counts of armed robbery, all arising out of a shooting at a gas station in 1972. In this appeal, Wilson sets forth four assignments of error.
