This case returns to the Appellate Court on remand from our Supreme Court for resolution of the remaining claims of the defendant, Stanley T. Valinski. See State v. Valinski, 254 Conn. 107, 756 A.2d 1250 (2000). The remaining claims pertain to the defendant's conviction under General Statutes (Rev. to 1995) § 14-215 (c) and are (1) whether the state's evidence was sufficient...
