BRIGHT, Circuit Judge.

Patricia A. Weston ("Weston") appeals the district court's1 grant of summary judgment dismissing her Truth in Lending Act ("TILA") complaint. The district court determined that Weston's claim was barred by the TILA's one-year statute of limitations. 15 U.S.C. § 1640(e). For the reasons discussed below, we AFFIRM.
