¶ 1. PETERSON, J.

The State appeals an order suppressing statements made by Susan Goetz during the execution of a search warrant. The State argues that law enforcement did not have to give Goetz her Miranda1 warnings because she was not in custody when she gave her statements. We agree and reverse the order.
