The infant plaintiffs have allegedly suffered injury by reason of ingestion of lead paint at two apartments located in the City of Albany. Plaintiffs occupied 630 Clinton Avenue from June 1990 to December 1991, and occupied 667 Clinton Avenue from December 1991 to December 1992.
