By joint motion pursuant to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure (FRBP) 9024 the parties ask the Court to reconsider denial of approval of a settlement. Community Bank of Johnson County ("Plaintiff"), with the consent of Patty Dollar ("Defendant"), seeks as a part of this settlement to amend the original § 727(a)(2)1 complaint adding a § 523(a)(6)2
