Bryon Hall appeals the trial court's dismissal of his claim for insurance coverage against State Farm. Hall brandished a handgun during a verbal confrontation with Eric Truong. Truong grabbed for the gun and was shot in the struggle. Hall's insurance policy with State Farm excluded injuries resulting from "willful and malicious acts."
