¶ 1. SNYDER, J.

Walter W. Blanck, Sr. appeals from judgments of conviction for false imprisonment, kidnapping, battery, and three counts of second-degree sexual assault by threat or use of force or violence with a dangerous weapon. Blanck argues that his constitutional speedy trial and due process rights were violated by the six-year delay in charging him and therefore his judgments of conviction must be reversed....
