Richard Sales appeals from his conviction of two counts of sodomy under § 566.062, RSMo 1994. He was sentenced to consecutive terms of 30 years in prison on each count as a persistent sexual offender. This is the second appeal. An original conviction on these charges was reversed, State v. Sales, 984 S.W.2d 183
