HUGHES, District Judge.
1. Introduction.
An airplane was sold by a company in bankruptcy. The sales price exceeded the direct obligations under the lease used to finance its acquisition. This is a dispute over that excess. The bankruptcy court recognized the secondary security interest of the lessor-creditor although it was not recorded with the Federal Aviation Authority.
