By this action, the respondents Vera Brown and her children, Carl Brown, Jr., Tiffany Brown, and Latoya Brown, sought to set aside a deed by which Carl Brown, Sr., Vera's estranged husband and the children's father, conveyed certain Charleston County property to Julie Brown Butler.
