Felicia Thompson and Dorothy Nance sued the City of Corsicana Housing Authority (the "Housing Authority") for personal injuries they allegedly sustained when a portion of the ceiling in Thompson's apartment fell on them. They sued under theories of premises liability and breach of contract.
