Greathouse appeals the trial court's entry of a take-nothing judgment on his claim against The Glidden Company for severance benefits under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, 29 U.S.C. § 1002, et seq. ("ERISA") (1999 & Supp.2000) and his common law claims for breach of contract, fraud, and fraud in the inducement.
