Plaintiff-appellant Dr. Thomas F. Gray, an audiologist and hearing aid dispenser, brought suit against defendants-appellees Manhattan Medical Center, Inc. (MMCI), Dr. John M. Barlow, and Dr. Benjamin C. Pease. Gray wanted to prevent competition from another audiologist and hearing aid dispenser employed in the defendant physicians' otolaryngology practice in MMCI, the office building all of the individual parties...
