In this action for declaratory relief arising from claims under an automobile insurance policy, plaintiffs, Parvin Amir Ahmadi (named insured), Mehrdad Akbarzadeh, and Parisa Akbarzadeh (collectively claimants), appeal the summary judgment entered in favor of defendant, Allstate Insurance Company (Allstate).
