Stephenson, individually and as personal representative of the estate of his wife Kathy M. Stephenson, and Sentry Insurance and its insured John H. Kreuser appeal from a judgment that dismissed all claims against Universal Metrics, Inc., and its insurance carrier West American Insurance Company. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for further proceedings.
