After a six-person jury trial in Framingham District Court pursuant to c. 358 of the Acts of 1996,1 David A. Brossi, trustee of the Simon Antonio Trust (landlord), obtained a judgment against David A. Fisher (tenant) for damages to an apartment at 47 Walsh Street in Framingham (premises), and to the unit below it, allegedly caused by the tenant's actions. He also obtained, pursuant to G.
