Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law, by deleting the fourth and fifth decretal paragraphs thereof cancelling the deed and awarding the plaintiff $75,000 representing one-half of the appreciation value of the marital residence, and substituting therefor a decretal paragraph awarding the plaintiff $137,500 representing her equitable share of the appreciation of the marital residence; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed insofar as appealed and cross-appealed...
