Daniel Diaz alleges reversible error in his conviction for aggravated assault and aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon. Daniel's appeal centers on whether his confession should have been excluded from evidence because of the deficient magistrate's warnings that he received within the juvenile justice system before he was certified and tried as an adult.
