Traffic Stream (BVI) Infrastructure Limited ("Traffic Stream"), incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, is the parent of four wholly owned Hong Kong subsidiaries. Through these subsidiaries, Traffic Stream owns interests in thirteen Chinese-foreign cooperative joint ventures.
