The issue on this appeal is whether possession of a computer disk that stores images of child pornography is a violation of WIS. STAT. § 948.12 (1999-2000),1 which provides:

Possession of child pornography. Whoever possesses any undeveloped film, photographic negative, photograph, motion picture, videotape or other pictorial reproduction or audio recording of a child engaged in sexually...
