This is a mechanic's and materialman's lien case. Property-owner Herman C. Page appeals from a judgment awarding subcontractor Structural Wood Components, Inc. ("Wood") a judgment against Page for $11,861 in actual damages, $1,442 as pre-judgment interest, $4,000 in attorney's fees, and foreclosure of Wood's mechanic's and materialman's lien in Page's real property.
