¶ 1. FINE, J.

Carsandra Griffin and the Department of Workforce Development appeal from a judgment reversing a decision by the Department holding that Griffin did not have to take paid sick-leave that she had accrued as an employee of Milwaukee Transport Services, Inc., but, rather, could use instead unpaid medical-leave under the Wisconsin Family and Medical Leave Act, WIS. STAT. § 103.10. We reverse.
