The Plaintiff, Georgia M. Woods ("Woods"), asserts claims for sexual harassment in violation of Title VII and Louisiana law and constructive discharge. The issue on appeal is whether Woods' failure to notify the Defendant Delta Beverage Company ("Delta Beverage") about ongoing harassment after the July 7, 1998 meeting prevents her from surviving summary judgment on her hostile working environment claim.
