Corp pleaded guilty to one count of possession of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(4)(B), conditioned on Corp's ability to appeal the constitutionality of his conviction. On this appeal, Corp claims that § 2252(a)(4)(B) is unconstitutional on its face because it exceeds Congress's Commerce Clause authority, and it is also unconstitutional...
