This is a purported class action on behalf of the depositors of the now insolvent Joint Stock Bank Inkombank ("Inkombank"), a bank formerly engaged in business in the Russian Federation. Plaintiffs claim that defendants The Bank of New York and The Bank of New York Co., Inc.
