Compuspeak, Inc.'s reorganization plan retained the existing Unsecured Creditors Committee to enforce the debtor's avoidance actions after confirmation of the plan. The plan also named a law firm to bring the actions as special counsel for the Committee. After the court confirmed the plan, a member of the law firm brought this avoidance action. But the Committee had failed to obtain a court order...
