This action seeks damages for the reconstruction of New York City's Central Synagogue Sanctuary (the "Synagogue"), which was destroyed by a fire while being renovated on August 28, 1998. Third-party defendant Trident Mechanical Systems, Inc. ("Trident"), which contracted with Central Synagogue to do mechanical work associated with the renovations, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of third-party defendant Dualstar Technologies...
