This matter has been brought to this Court by the pro se Petitioner, who is seeking habeas corpus relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. The Petitioner filed this habeas action on December 30, 1999, while he was confined in a federal prison in Georgia where he was serving a 226 month sentence imposed by this Court.
