In the early morning of April 5, 1995, appellant, Donald Woods, went to the emergency room of appellee, Oak Hill Community Medical Center ("Oak Hill"), a hospital located in Oak Hill, Ohio, complaining of chest pain. Several tests were performed on Woods, including a CK-MB% blood enzyme test.
