GRANT, Justice.

Jasen Edwards was convicted by a jury of aggravated robbery. His punishment was assessed at seven years' confinement. Edwards was alleged to have robbed a Texaco Express Lube store in Nederland, Texas. At the end of the punishment phase, the trial court considered the State's Motion to Revoke Edwards's community supervision, which was assessed for a previous offense. Count one of the State...
