The first issue is whether the restrictive covenant in David Wysocki's (Wysocki) 1983 employment agreement with Production Credit Association (PCA) of Wausau is void as a matter of law because the geographic area in which PCA of Wausau was authorized to conduct business was expanded through a 1986 merger.
