Pernell Sumlin was convicted after a jury trial of one count of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846, 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(B)(ii); unlawful distribution of 5 grams or more of cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1)...
