This action arises from the wrongful death of plaintiffs' children and grandchildren in a ski train accident that occurred in Kaprun, Austria in November 2000. Plaintiffs are suing Oesterreichische Elektrizitaetswirtschaft AG ("OE AG") and other corporate and individual defendants.
