Plaintiffs, Gloria Salerno and Emelise Aleandri, bring suit against defendants City University of New York ("CUNY"), the John D. Calandra Italian American Institute ("Calandra Institute"), Matthew Goldstein, Chancellor of CUNY, and Joseph Scelsa, Director of the Calandra Institute. Plaintiffs allege defendants' violation of (1) Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e,
