ARMSTRONG, J.

Father appeals from a judgment that granted stepfather's petition for adoption. He assigns error to the trial court's failure to apply the requirements of the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA), 25 U.S.C. § 1901 et seq., to this proceeding. We affirm.
