WIENER, Circuit Judge:

In this diversity case arising out of its ill-fated attempt to obtain oil exploration and production rights in Nigeria, Plaintiff-Appellant Perenco Nigeria Limited ("Perenco") appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment to Defendants-Appellees and Defendants-Counter-Claimants-Appellees (collectively, "Ashland") on breach of contract and fraud claims. Finding no reversible error, we affirm.
