MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER

SOLIS, District Judge.

Now before the Court for consideration are Jerome Claud and Sue Claud's Motion to Dismiss filed May 17, 2000, Plaintiffs' Response filed June 5, 2000, and the Claud Defendants' Reply filed June 22, 2000. After reviewing the motions along with the Complaint and the relevant case law, the Court hereby DENIES the Clauds' Motion to Dismiss.
