This is an appeal by the defendant, Sharon Frazier (landlord), from a decision by the Plymouth District Court (Kent, J.) awarding damages of $8,000 to the plaintiffs, William and Deborah Crowley (tenants), based upon the landlord's violation of RSA chapter 540-A (1997). We reverse.
